Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form (booking, contact, or worksheet download), we collect details such as your name, email, phone number (including the mobile number you give us for text messages), your child's grade level, and anything you write in a message field. If you use the Magic Box upload, we also collect the documents you upload (such as insurance declarations pages), which may include names, addresses, vehicle and driver details, and policy numbers. We use them only to review your coverage and prepare quotes, and share them only with our licensed agency staff, the insurance carriers we submit to, and the service providers that process the upload on our behalf.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring source — through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your session.
- To deliver resources you request, such as the Family Squeeze Worksheet.
- To send occasional helpful information to NJ parents (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To understand and improve how our website performs.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling, email, or analytics tools), and only as needed to provide our services — or where required by law.

If you check the text-message consent box on one of our forms, NJ Parents Fight Back (Kid From The Apts., LLC) may send you text messages about your insurance review, appointments, and follow-ups on your intake, plus occasional helpful information for New Jersey parents. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share or sell your mobile number or your text-message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.
